The La Casa Royale Clubhouse is available for rental by current homeowners and residents of the community. It’s a great space for small gatherings, celebrations, or special events.
How to Reserve:
Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis by contacting:

To Reserve Your Date:
- Download and complete the Clubhouse Rental Agreement using the link below.
- Prepare two checks:
- $25 rental fee
- $100 refundable security deposit (Additional charges may apply if damages occur during your event.)
- Submit your completed form and both checks to Terri at the time of reservation.
Important Notes
- Only current residents may rent the clubhouse.
- Renters must remain present for the entire event.
- The space must be cleaned and the key returned immediately after use.
- Events must comply with all noise, alcohol, smoking, and safety guidelines outlined in the agreement.
- Failure to comply may result in additional charges or loss of future rental privileges.
