2025 Tree Project

Update – June 2025
The Board has officially approved the 2025 Tree Project, which includes the removal of seven olive trees and one ash tree, along with the planting of eleven new trees. The majority of the new trees will be Chinese Pistache, selected for their beauty, durability, and drought tolerance. This project is scheduled to begin in summer 2025 and will enhance both the appearance and long-term sustainability of our community landscaping.
