
Our New HOA Partner
We’re pleased to announce that, in a unanimous decision, your Board of Directors has selected GUD Community Management as our new management company, effective July 1, 2025.
This transition comes after thoughtful consideration, and we are confident GUD will bring excellent service, improved communication, and streamlined systems for our community.
What Homeowners Can Expect
All homeowners will receive a welcome letter from GUD with step-by-step instructions on how to set up an online account using the GUD Homeowner Portal. This portal will provide convenient access to your account information, payment options, community updates, and more.
If you’d like to get a head start, you can begin the registration process now at: https://gudhoa.cincwebaxis.com/
Just click “Register” in the top right corner and follow the prompts. The system will recognize you by your address. Please note: the portal is currently in a pending setup status, so only limited information is available at this time. Full access is expected by July 10, 2025, once homeowner balances are transferred from the previous management company.

Please note that final balances won’t be available to GUD until after July 1st, so we appreciate your patience during this transition. No late fees will be charged in July or August to allow time for everyone to adjust.
Online Payments
Once the portal is fully active, you’ll be able to make payments online via:
- E-Check – $1.99 processing fee
- Credit Card – 3.25% processing fee
Just visit https://gudhoa.cincwebaxis.com/, click “Register” on your first visit, and follow the prompts. After your registration is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive an email to set your password and log in.
