Clubhouse Roof Project Complete!

We’re happy to share that the clubhouse underlayment project has been completed—and it’s looking great!

This important reserve-funded project was planned well in advance and included removing all of the existing roof tiles, inspecting and replacing the underlayment, flashing, and other essential materials, and then carefully reinstalling the tiles. The underlayment is the waterproof barrier that protects the roof structure beneath the tiles, so while it’s not visible, it’s a vital part of keeping the clubhouse secure and weather-resistant.

The project was managed by 5 Guys Roofing, who did a professional job from start to finish. Materials were delivered and staged in advance, the work was done efficiently, and the crew kept the area tidy each day. Throughout the process, we received photo updates showing progress and completion—see the gallery below!

As a reminder, projects like this are funded through our HOA reserve account—a portion of your monthly dues is set aside to plan for major repairs and improvements like this one. Thanks to good planning and consistent reserve contributions, we’re able to complete these projects without needing additional assessments.

We appreciate your patience during construction and your continued support in keeping our community in excellent shape!
