Great Conversations and a New Chapter for Our Community

Last Sunday, our community came together for a relaxing and enjoyable Wine & Cheese Social — and it couldn’t have been better. Around 20 neighbors gathered for an afternoon of good conversation, music, and fellowship. It was a wonderful reminder of the value of community and the joy of simply spending time together.

The setting was perfect for unwinding, reconnecting with familiar faces, and welcoming a few new ones. Laughter and stories flowed as easily as the refreshments, and the casual atmosphere gave everyone a chance to connect beyond day-to-day hellos.

Toward the end of the event, we transitioned into a brief community meeting. During this time, we officially approved a new management company for our HOA. This marks an important step forward in ensuring quality service and communication for our neighborhood. We’ll be sharing more details about the new management company and what to expect in the coming weeks.
