If you’ve seen green flags in the lawns around La Casa Royale, you’re not alone. These flags are used by our landscaping company to mark areas recently inspected during routine irrigation system testing. Each green flag indicates a zone that may need attention—such as a broken sprinkler head or a low-pressure area.
Please leave the green flags in place. The landscaping team will return soon to complete repairs and adjustments.
A Helpful Reminder About Flag Colors
The flags also serve a broader purpose within our community:
Green Flags = “Please fix or check this.” Use a green flag to mark a plant, lawn section, or irrigation zone that you believe needs attention.
Red Flags = “Please don’t touch this.” Use a red flag to indicate a plant you want to let grow naturally, without pruning or trimming.
This simple color system helps homeowners and landscapers communicate clearly without needing to send messages or make special requests.
Warmer Weather = More Watering
As temperatures rise, so does the need for irrigation. Our current watering schedule is:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights. Watering overnight helps conserve water by reducing evaporation and keeping our lawns looking their best.
Thanks for helping us keep La Casa Royale green, thriving, and beautiful!
