It is that time of year again. We are going out for bid for landscaping companies to maintain our grounds. The board approved a scope of work to provide to the potential landscaping companies so they can come back with a bid that cover’s our requirements. The landscaping contract is the most expensive contract the community pays (~44,000 anually). We hope to see and review preliminary bids by the June meeting and hope to narrow it down to three different landscaping contractors. After further research and looking in of those three bids, we will make a decision at the July meeting. Once and if we pick a new landscaping company to maintain our grounds, we will hope for a start date at the first portion of September.
